The Pirate Cove has a room open again due to the last tenant leaving abruptly and without notice or settling up. In six years of renting rooms out to all types of artist and musicians I have never had anyone screw me out of a dollar until now. Well, I am still not charging a deposit or making you sign a lease. So if you need a room we are located in west west asheville (spivey Mounatin area) we have decks, hot tubs, trails etc. Rent is $325 a month plus i/4 of utilities.
