About the house:
The upstairs has two bedrooms, one and a half bath, BIG living room, a dining area, large kitchen and deck. The downstairs has two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen and a large yoga/dance studio. The house sits on an acre of beautiful land with garden space and is walking distance to Haywood Rd.
I will be taking the downstairs for me and Ari, Christopher and Megan Kitty are taking another room, and we still need one more person for the other bedroom. The room available has a private half bath attached and is $400 per month plus utilities. We will be taking over the lease July 15th 2008.
