Hey Mark,
Yep. We have a pretty good MMA team fighting out of Asheville called Team Husky.

Check out the team and gyms website at http://wnccombatclub.com/index.php

Hi folks,
I'm moving here part-time for a few months (I live near Chapel Hill) and am looking for a place to train in martial arts to complement what I'm doing in Chapel Hill. Anyone train in or teach brazilian ju jitsu, MMA, or some kind of grappling art here in Asheville?

Thanks,
