Hey kids,
I'd been living down in the lowlands and my kefir grains died a horrible death this spring when it got super hot there, as did those of all my neighbors who tried to keep kefir going in the heat in our non-air-conditioned, non-basement-having houses. Does anyone here in Asheville have a few extra grains to share?
I'll trade you for either some red cabbage kraut or some homemade half-sour pickles.
