Mon, June 30, 2008 - 2:01 PMStoked, hope to see ya out there. Look for the new fire toy dubbed "the magical dancing cane of death" during the Unifire show and all new acts from Seduction Sideshow Burlesque. Stop by and hang out.

Mon, August 11, 2008 - 5:48 PMroll call!
i had some an awesome time and met a bunch of really fun and beautiful people. Lotus was amazing! the burlesque show was really cool too!
i think maybe they should have emphasized "leave no trace" a little more. those glowsticks were getting a little out of hand.
but kudos to the guy selling those laser pointers!
and there was some serious talent comin from the fire spinners!
all around a great weekend although a little *cough cough* expensive

Wed, August 13, 2008 - 11:11 AMya it was awesome to see all of y'all spinners out there!! The hoop jam toy session was sweet! Thanks Melmac for bringin your spinny circles!
I remember ya too Caitlin cause you had the staff with the cool furry-red-creature-lookin things at the ends! Hope you're learnin it well!
Propox...remind me who you are? :)
Oh! also, there was a guy named Bob - goes by Bahb - also Combat Bob :) whose friend was takin video of some fire at trinumeral - hopefully we'll see it soon!
Trinumeral was a very interesting festival...I've really only been to two other festivals - LEAF and Transformus - and I've never (before Trinumeral) been offered so many different drugs or seen so many messed up people in such a concentrated space... It was nice to see some of you Mysterians representin the community! :)
peace and much love

Re: Trinumeral
Sun, August 17, 2008 - 12:30 PMOne of the highlights of my weekend was being across the lake and watching what I knew must be Taz and the triple staff. You can't believe how cool that looks from across the water. Sorry I didn't get to hang out much, performing both nights and coming back into town The day of after a strenuous time off sure made me want to hang mostly around our far off campsite. I also couldn't stand to see my beloved deerfields so messy. Having ariel artist, fire girls and burlesque sensations to keep me company didn't exactly inspire me to wander much either. The music I did catch, like afromotive, made the weekend well worth it. I remember years ago at Mardi Gras, the friend I was with stole a broom from Krystal because they charged him $4 to use the bathroom and he felt it was only right. Throughout the night he could be seen sweeping at the mountains of garbage on Bourbon Street shouting to all passerbys that their "mother doesn't live here"! By the end of the night he was moaning patheticaly "if everyone would just pick up one can!" Perhaps there is something to be learned in a lesson of futility, but I think next year the promoters should empahasize the "No Trace" motto heavily as should the rest of us. Furry Red creatured staffs eh? Hate I missed that one.
